Daniel Negreanu Leading the way at WPT in LA

Daniel Negreanu, one of the most famous professional poker players in the world managed to be one of the leaders after just one day at the World Poker Tour Los Angeles Poker Classic.

The 7th edition of the WPT managed to gather around a total of 696 professional poker players that have to pay a $10k buy in in order to take part of this tournament. This poker event will take part in Los Angeles at the Commerce Casino. Many of the players that you will be able to see there are going to be the world’s most famous online poker players. To name a few: Daniel, Negreatnu, Phil Hellmuth, Chris Ferguson and Phil Ivey.

The number of players that are participating at this online poker tournament is higher compared to the last year number (665 players).

The player that is going to win this poker event will be able to take home the incredible amount of $1,686,760. This is way more than the prize that was given to Phil Ivey last year at the same tournament.

The total amount of the prizes that are scheduled for this event is: $6,681,600.

The first day of this poker event belongs to Daniel Negreanu, since he was able to win the highest amount of chips.
